The Behavioral Elements program helps people to learn their own patterns of behavior and to quickly and accurately assess the patterns of others. Being able to explain and predict behaviors positions us to more effectively influence other people’s behavior and control our own.
As a BE guide I can apply my knowledge to help you to create an effective team leadership by understanding the behaviour and motivation of team members.
