Nora is an expert on personality types, behaviour and human core drives, and loves to help teams, companies, and individuals reach their goals by providing coaching and training.
Nora's method uses a holistic and faceted approach that enables leaders and team members to communicate and work together more efficiently, idendtify new opportunities and reach the goals they have set.
Since early in her life Nora has had a drive for learning paired with natural curiousity and problem solving skills, as well as the desire to help people. She believes that everybody is capable of achieving greatness, and is inherently important and valued.
Her skills have taken her on a professional journey from governmental work in the Ministry of Health, serving on international EU-boards among others, to being active in Junior Chamber International in various leadership positions, as well as serving as trainer.
Today Nora is leading a department for leadership development at a union assosiation organising top and middle management in Norway.
